We built Cimple Pro to use public data and information you’ve already chosen to share. Here’s how your data is used and protected.
Where competitor insights come from
Contract award data comes from public notices published on Find a Tender and Contracts Finder
We don’t use any private or bid data to build competitor insights
What other suppliers can see about you
Only what’s already shown on your public supplier profile: your organisation name, description, organisation size, SME or VCSE status, and CPV and NUTS codes
Public contract awards your organisation has won that have been published on Find a Tender or Contracts Finder
What stays private to your organisation
Your keywords, matching settings and match scores
The suppliers you track. Other suppliers can’t see that you’re tracking them.
Your bids, uploaded documents and Cimple Briefs
How we use AI
Cimple’s AI features run on Amazon Bedrock, hosted by AWS in the UK
The Cimple Brief only uses the opportunity notice, any documents you upload, and your matching settings
Documents you upload
Only your organisation can see documents you upload and the briefs created from them
File contents are deleted 90 days after the submission deadline
Using Cimple with Claude
The connection is read-only and only works once you’ve signed in and approved access
Information you bring into a Claude conversation is covered by your own Claude account’s terms
You can disconnect Cimple from Claude at any time in Claude’s Connectors settings
