Cimple can send email reminders when a contract is nearing its end date, allowing you to take timely action. This will include, automated notifications from the system sent at an interval of 3, 6, 9 and 12 months

Please be noted that once your contract has been established and added to the contract register the supplier field in greyed out and you will not have the option to edit the awarded supplier.

However, you will still have the ability to edit fields like Supplier Contact Name, Supplier Contact Email, and Supplier Contact Phone Number.
