Effective Date: 5th September 2024

At Cimple, we are committed to ensuring that our website and platform are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We strive to provide a digital experience that is inclusive, user-friendly, and compliant with recognised accessibility standards.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, which outline best practices for creating accessible web content. Our goal is to ensure that our website and platform are:
Perceivable - Content is presented in ways that all users can recognise and understand.
Operable - All functionality is available from a keyboard and easy to navigate.
Understandable - Information and user interface components are clear and predictable.
Robust - Our content works well with current and future assistive technologies.
To achieve and maintain accessibility, Cimple:
Integrates accessibility reviews at the design and development stages.
Uses tools such as Google Lighthouse, Axe, and Stark for automated and manual testing.
Ensures proper use of semantic HTML, ARIA labelling, and keyboard navigation.
Conducts cross-browser and cross-device testing to validate accessible user journeys.
Reviews accessibility performance regularly as part of our ongoing development cycle.
Cimple is designed and tested to be accessible and performant across modern web browsers and devices.
To ensure the best and most secure experience, we recommend accessing Cimple using one of the following supported browsers (or later versions):
Google Chrome - version 140.0.7339.213 / .214
Apple Safari - version 18.6
Microsoft Edge - version 140.0.3485.94
Mozilla Firefox - version 143.0.1
These are the desirable browsers (and updates) for use at the time of publishing. This policy is reviewed annually, and updates to the preferred browsers are reviewed in a timely manner.
Our platform is designed for optimal use on both desktop and mobile devices. In cases where a specific device is better optimised, a clear on-screen statement will be displayed to be redirected appropriately. This ensures full functionality and accessibility are maintained across all devices.
We encourage users to keep their browsers updated to the latest version to ensure compatibility, performance, and security. Older or unsupported browser versions may not deliver the full experience or accessibility features.
Accessibility is a continuous effort. We are working to enhance all aspects of our platform and welcome feedback from users to help us identify and address any accessibility barriers.
