Cimple Limited (“Cimple”, “we”, “our”) is committed to creating a workplace and culture that values equality, celebrates diversity, and promotes inclusion at every level. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, agency workers, job applicants, suppliers, and partners working with or on behalf of Cimple. It also extends to all aspects of employment including recruitment, training, development, promotion, pay, and working conditions.

All employees are expected to uphold this policy and contribute to maintaining an inclusive workplace culture.
We encourage anyone who believes they have been subjected to discrimination, harassment, or unfair treatment to raise their concerns promptly. Cimple will handle all complaints seriously, confidentially, and without fear of reprisal. Appropriate corrective or disciplinary action will be taken where necessary.
All employees are informed about this policy during induction and through ongoing awareness initiatives.This policy is available to employees, job applicants, suppliers, and customers via our website and internal communication channels.
Cimple will regularly review its employment practices, procedures, and this policy to ensure they remain fair, up to date, and effective. This policy is reviewed at least annually, or sooner if there are significant changes in legislation or company structure.
