Some procurement opportunities on Cimple require suppliers to complete a Selection Questionnaire (SSQ) as part of their application.
When you click Apply on an opportunity that requires an SSQ, you will be prompted to upload your verified CDP ZIP file.
Upload the ZIP file containing your verified supplier information.
Confirm that you are sharing the correct and up to date information.
Once confirmed, you will be taken to the application page where you can complete and submit your response to the opportunity.
For more detail on using verified supplier information, see this section
As a buyer, you can update the dates and times on a procurement while it's live, and — as of a recent update — after it has closed as well (see below for closed procurements).
Go to your Buyer dashboard.
Under Live competitions, locate the opportunity you want to update.
Select View details.
On the bottom left hand side of the page, select Edit.
Update the deadline date and time as required.
Save and republish your changes.
Any updates will be reflected immediately for suppliers, and they will continue to see the revised deadline when accessing the opportunity.
Yes. If a supplier submits a late submission request, you can extend the deadline even after the procurement has closed.
Go to your Buyer dashboard.
Select Closed from the sidebar.
Select View Details on the procurement you want to update.
Select Update Dates at the bottom of the left-hand panel.
Update the relevant dates and confirm the changes.
Click Publish Update and suppliers will be notified by email that the deadline has been extended.
Any updates will be reflected immediately for suppliers, and they will continue to see the revised deadline when accessing the opportunity.
Yes. Go to your Buyer dashboard, select 'Drafts' from the sidebar, and click 'Delete Draft' next to any draft you want to remove.
Yes. You can receive same day responses by issuing a Quick Quote to a limited set of suppliers.
When setting up the Quick Quote:
You can set the clarification window and submission deadline to the same date as the publish date.
Make sure you allow at least a two hour buffer to give suppliers enough time to review the opportunity and submit their responses.
This approach is best suited for urgent or low value requirements where rapid supplier engagement is needed.
