Cimple is constantly evolving to support a growing community of buyers and suppliers. As more members join, we’re continuously adding new features and enhancements to make procurement easier and more efficient.

With the Procurement Act 2023 go-live, here are the recent updates we’ve made to our platform. 

• Competitive Flexible Procedures (CFP)- Buyers can now run CFP procurements and create templates for commonly procured goods and services for use within your teams.

• Transparency Notices- Buyers can now publish Transparency notices, giving suppliers full visibility on Cimple. These notices will also be pushed to the Central Digital Platform for wider market access.

• Preliminary Market Engagement- Buyers can now conduct early market engagement to gather insights before launching a procurement exercise.

• Planned Procurement Notice- Buyers can now notify the market in advance about the upcoming procurement opportunities and inform of the timescales.

• CDP integration- Notices will be pushed automatically to the Central Digital Platform ensuring compliance with PA23. Suppliers will also be able to pull their supplier information from CDP directly to Cimple. 

• Frameworks- Open and closed frameworks can now be published on Cimple.
