At Cimple, we're continually investing in new functionality to help buyers and suppliers deliver procurement more efficiently. Our roadmap is shaped by customer feedback, changes in procurement legislation, and the day-to-day challenges our users share with us.

Below are some of the features currently in development and planned for upcoming releases.

Please note: Roadmap items are subject to change as we continue to work closely with our customers and respond to legislative and market priorities.

• Reporting & Analytics - Gain greater visibility into procurement performance without leaving the platform. Upcoming reporting dashboards will provide buyers with visual insights across the Sourcing, Contract Register and Social Value modules, helping organisations monitor activity, identify trends and report on procurement outcomes without exporting data into spreadsheets.

• Re-open Closed Procurements - Buyers will be able to extend the closing date of a procurement after it has closed where appropriate. This will support scenarios where additional clarification time is required or where suppliers need additional time to complete and submit their responses.

• Enhanced User Permissions - We're expanding user management to give organisations greater control over administration. A new Organisation Admin  role will allow designated users to manage organisation-wide settings, users and teams, making it easier to delegate administration while maintaining appropriate access controls.

• Contract Register Enhancements - We're continuing to enhance the Contract Register to improve usability and reporting. Upcoming improvements include:

1. Expanded search across additional contract fields

2. Restricting contract deletion to authorised administrators

3. Additional export fields to support reporting and analysis

• Delete Draft Procurements - Buyers will soon be able to permanently delete draft procurements that are no longer required. This will help keep dashboards organised and reduce clutter by allowing unused drafts to be removed before publication.

• Pipeline Publisher- A new tool to help buyers publish and manage their procurement pipelines with ease

Many of our newest features have been shaped by customer feedback and ideas shared through support, customer forums and regular catch-ups.
