Help Centre > Organisation Codes
When submitting a return for an NHS SBS framework, you must include an organisation code for each purchasing entity.
The organisation code is a unique 3-character alpha-numeric identifier assigned to each organisation whether an NHS Trust, Associates & ICB.. These codes identify the specific NHS client entity that made the purchase.
These codes are used to support:
Accurate management information (MI) reporting
Tracking of spend against the correct organisation
Efficient processing and reconciliation of invoices and MI submissions
So, please make sure you provide the most accurate information.
To identify the correct organisation code, refer to the code list provided in the attached Excel file. This file contains the most up to date list of NHS client organisation codes used for NHS SBS frameworks.
Before submitting your MI return, ensure the organisation code you enter matches the purchasing organisation listed in the spreadsheet that you recently had business with.
