Create or join an organisation
Once you’re all signed up to Cimple, you’ll need to either create your organisation’s profile or join your organisation if it’s already registered on Cimple.
Set up a private organisation
Go to Cimple
On the homepage, click ‘Setup organisation’
Search for your organisation name, to see if it already exists on Cimple and then click ‘Next step’
Select ‘Private sector organisation’, your primary use on Cimple, the location of your organisation and then click ‘Next step’
Enter your organisation’s information
Select your organisation’s CPV and NUTs codes
Invite your organisation members to your account
Your organisation is now set up and ready to go. Nice one.
Set up a public organisation
Go to Cimple
On the homepage, click ‘Setup organisation’
Search for your organisation name, to see if it already exists on Cimple and then click ‘Next step’
Select ‘Public sector organisation’, your primary use on Cimple, the location for your organisation* and then click ‘Next step’
Type in your organisation name and enter your organisation’s information
Add your organisation’s social value commitments (optional step)
Invite your organisation members to your account and click ‘Finish set up’
Your organisation is now set up and ready to go. Remember, you can edit or update information at any time by going into your organisation settings.
* If you are a non-UK public organisation, or if you can’t find your public organisation in our database, you may be asked to complete a short google form before onboarding to Cimple. We will aim to get your organisation added to our platform within 48 hours.
Join an organisation
Go to Cimple
On the homepage, click ‘Setup organisation’
Search for your organisation name, to see if it already exists on Cimple and then click ‘Next step’
If your organisation already exists on Cimple, click ‘Send request’ to send an acceptance request to the organisation admin.
Your team members will be notified that you’d like to join the organisation on Cimple. You’ll receive an email notification when your request has been approved, so remember to keep an eye on your inbox.
