Accessing your Supplier Return Dashboard

Welcome to your Supplier MI Return Dashboard! Here you will be able to view the NHS SBS Framework Agreements you’re part of and submit your MI for each one. 

Each month a new task will be created for each of your frameworks and you will be notified to log into Cimple and complete your return which might be a nil return, sales return or invoice return. 

You can access your MI Return dashboard from one of two ways: 

Option one: Directly go to nhs.cimple.uk 

1. Log in to Cimple Supplier Return Portal using your supplier credentials.

2. Each time you log in, you will be prompted to enter a 6-digit one-time password (OTP).

   • The OTP is sent to the email address associated with your login details.

   • Each code is valid for 5 minutes.

   • If the code expires, you can request a new OTP.

Option two: If logged in to cimple.uk 

1. In the top navigation bar, select Suppliers.

2. Choose Supplier Returns Portal. 

3. You will be redirected to nhs.cimple.uk where you can log in again using the same credentials

4. Each time you log in, you will be prompted to enter a 6-digit one-time password (OTP).

   1. The OTP is sent to the email address associated with your login details.

   2. Each code is valid for 5 minutes.

   3. If the code expires, you can request a new OTP.

After completing those steps, you will be logged into your dashboard and ready to submit your returns. For the quicker and easier way to get to your dashboard, please use Option One from above.
