Your supplier returns dashboard has two main sections to it, the first showing the Framework Agreements you’re an awarded supplier on, and the second will show a table of all pending tasks or completed tasks.
At the top of your dashboard, you will see a carousel of Framework Agreements that you can click into to see further information about the agreement. In the carousel, the following information will be displayed about the framework:
Name
Reference
Description
Sector e.g. Technology
Pending Tasks flag (if there’s an outstanding task against the framework)
View Details button
Note: You can use the arrows in the top right to navigate between the different frameworks you might be on.
To view further details of a framework, click on the View Details button to open up the framework profile. The following information will now be visible:
Relevant Dates e.g. Start/End Date
Framework Owner information e.g. NHS SBS, contact email
Framework Lots - this will show the lots of the framework and which ones you have been awarded to
Returns
Pending Tasks - any previous monthly task which hasn’t yet been completed by you
Completed Tasks - an overview of your already submitted tasks
Rebate rules - based on the framework agreement and lot you’re part of, the % fee that will be applied to your submitted invoice returns.
At the bottom of your dashboard you will find the Tasks table. This shows all MI return tasks that require action, as well as any returns you have already submitted.
The table is split into two tabs:
Pending tasks – returns that still need to be submitted
Completed tasks – returns you have already submitted
You can search, filter and sort tasks within both tables.
You can also use the Download template or Export data buttons above the table if needed.
The Pending tasks tab shows all returns that are still due to be completed.
Each row includes the following information:
Framework Agreement – the framework the return relates to
Status – whether the task is Pending or Overdue
Due Date – the deadline for submitting your return
Actions – options available to complete the task
Available actions include:
Complete Return – submit your return manually or by uploading a template
Nil Return – submit a nil return if you have no business to report
Mark as Done – confirm the task has been completed
Once a return has been completed and marked as done, it will move to the Completed tasks tab.
The Completed tasks tab shows all returns that have already been submitted.
Each row includes:
Return ID – a unique reference for the submitted return
Framework Agreement – the framework the return relates to
Status – Approved, Awaiting Approval, or Rejected
Submitted On – the date the return was submitted
Reviewed On – the date the return was reviewed by NHS SBS
Feedback – comments provided by the NHS SBS team
Actions – view more details about the return
Return statuses include:
Approved
Your return has been reviewed and accepted by NHS SBS.
Awaiting Approval
Your return has been submitted and is waiting to be reviewed by NHS SBS.
Rejected
Your return has been rejected by NHS SBS. If provided, feedback from the NHS SBS team will explain the reason for the rejection. You will further have the option to resubmit the return upon rejection if needed.
To view the full details of a submitted return, click View Details in the Actions column.
