Help Centre > Viewing and Resubmitting Returns
Once you've submitted a return, it will be reviewed by the NHS SBS team. You can view the review status, access the details of your submitted return, and, if required, make corrections and resubmit it from the Completed tasks section of your dashboard.
Once your return has been reviewed by the NHS SBS team, you will receive an email notification and you can then view the result in the Completed tasks tab.
Go to the Tasks table on your dashboard.
Select Completed tasks.
Locate the return you want to review.
Returns may have one of the following statuses:
Approved – the return has been accepted by the NHS SBS team
Awaiting Approval – the return is waiting to be reviewed by the NHS SBS team
Rejected – the return needs to be corrected and resubmitted
To view the full return details, click View Details.
If your return has been rejected, you will also be able to resubmit the return after reviewing the feedback provided.
If a return has been reviewed and rejected, you can update the information and resubmit it from the Completed tasks section of your dashboard.
From your dashboard, scroll to the Tasks section.
Select the Completed tasks tab.
Use the search bar, filters, or sorting options to find the rejected return.
In the Actions column, select View details.
A return details modal will open showing all submitted return lines.
Check the Feedback provided by the buyer to understand why the return was rejected.
Review the return information across the available tabs such as:
Invoice returns
Sales returns
Nil returns
This feedback will guide what needs to be corrected before resubmitting.
Next, In the return details modal, click Resubmit return.
The system will open the return in edit mode, allowing you to update the previously submitted information.
From there, you can add the rest of the information and submit your return again.
Confirm in the modal by clicking on complete return
The return status will change to Awaiting approval while it is reviewed again by the framework owner.
