Apply to a Dynamic Market or Framework

A Dynamic Market is similar to a framework, but suppliers can be added to the project at any time, meaning extra flexibility for both suppliers and buyers. If, as a supplier, you’re looking specifically for a Dynamic Market or Framework seeking one out is easy.

1. Log in to Cimple

2. Navigate to your dashboard by clicking ‘Suppliers’ along the top-navigation bar and then clicking on ‘Supplier dashboard'

3. In the left-hand column, click through to ‘All opportunities'

4. In the search bar, type ‘Dynamic Market’ and press ‘Enter.’ A list of Dynamic Market-specific opportunities will appear

5. Similarly, type ‘Frameworks’ and press ‘Enter’ to find a list of Frameworks specific opportunities

6. Alternatively, you can use the sort and filter button to narrow your options by clicking on ‘Notice type’

7. Click the purple ‘View detail’ box on a tender you’re interested in

8. A box will pop up detailing all you need to know about the opportunity 

For a Dynamic Market 

This will include dates, deadlines, filters applied, technical questions, a space to ask clarification questions and a little about the buyer

For a Framework

This will include dates, deadlines, evaluation details, technical and social value questions if included, clarification questions and key information about the buyer

9. Click ‘Apply’ and you’ll follow one of these two steps:

• Complete and submit your application on the Cimple platform

• If the opportunity wasn’t created on Cimple, you’ll be taken to an external platform e.g. Find-a-Tender, where you can find all the details you need to complete your application
